Borea was born from the idea of two brothers who wanted to make available the knowledge of fishing techniques they learned during the hard work that has been handed down from father to son for several generations as well as their experience in the tourism sector with the ability to relate in different languages.
With its fishing excursions, Borea aims to promote alternative tourism and aspires to enhance the resources of the sea, proposing a journey to discover the beautiful shores of the protected marine area of Plemmirio.

Our fishing excursions give you the opportunity to try a new experience and spend a typical day aboard a fishing boat, a truly authentic experience. Mirko, the captain of the fishing vessel Francesco Salerno, is the youngest in a family of fishermen that goes back for generations. For more than 10 years, he has kept alive the traditions of his ancestors with the teachings of his father.
